New Public Accounts Committee report tells Government to re-do its case for HS2

The Public Accounts Committee releases its report on HS1 and tells the DfT to revisit its assumptions on HS2 business case and develop a full understanding of the benefits and costs of high-speed travel compared to the alternatives.
