HS2 Action Group Representative

Irrespective of whether those in your locality support HS2 or not, or the current proposals for the route, we hope that you will agree that there is a need for fair and just compensation for those affected by HS2.

The Government’s proposed EHS is neither fair nor equitable.  It does virtually nothing to address property blight on the proposed route or any of the alternative routes.

We have developed this Community Pack for local Action Groups using the work that has been completed by HS2 Action Alliance to help brief organisations and individuals about the Exceptional Hardship Scheme (EHS) proposals. As you will be aware, the deadline for responses on EHS is 17 June 2010.
