If you are a resident or business near to any of the routes announced, or north of Birmingham (as EHS eventually applies there too) we urge you to respond to the Exceptional Hardship Scheme (EHS) consultation. Regardless of whether this affects you now, it may affect you in the future. As you may be aware, the deadline for responses on EHS is extended to 17 June 2010.
